Asia-Europe5 have been open 2 months in Kouvola Art Museum Poikilo, Finland. Asia-Europe 5 opens in Poikilo Museum , Kouvola, Finland 29. Sept, 2021 at 18-20. This exhibition presents works by 36 artists with backgrounds in Asian and European countries. AE5 is a continuation of series of exhibitions started by Erny Piret and will tour in 4 European countries until 2023. The exhibition is curated by Marika Szaraz and Raija Jokinen. Selected works of art have been made with materials and techniques connected to textile tradition but the perspective is updated and fresh basing to personal research and innovations.
